RETURN & REFUND POLICY
30-Day Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this window.
Eligibility

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at hello@dartoisparfum.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Refund Processing Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@dartoisparfum.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.
